Peptide Research Library
Compound-level coverage of research peptides: sequence and class, receptor targets and mechanism of action, the preclinical evidence base, and — where it genuinely exists — human clinical trial data. Where the evidence is thin, these articles say so rather than filling the gap with inference.
Each entry distinguishes between compounds with published randomised human trial data, such as semaglutide and tesamorelin, and compounds characterised only in cell or animal models, such as BPC-157, MOTS-c and epithalon. That distinction is the single most important thing to get right when reviewing this literature. For procedural and handling guidance rather than mechanism, see the research peptide handling guides.
